Founder/Director

Dr. Eric Robertson is a native of South Carolina, who’s been married for almost 20 years with 4 children, Aaralyn, Aaria, Arie, and Aarial. Dr. Rob served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 years. While in the USMC, he earned two degrees, Associates of Arts in General Studies and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Communications. After completing his duty in the military, he earned his Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment; Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership, and Doctoral of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Special Education Leadership.
 
Besides Dr. Rob military and college experiences, He’s a Brother of Phi Beta Sigma Sigma Chapter of Atlanta Georgia. His educational service includes   19 years at various levels: Primary, Elementary, Middle, High, Alternative School, and College; Dr. Rob also served as a former Mathematics Department Chair, Special Education Department Co-Chair, Special Education Instructional Coach, and Faith-Based Liaison. 

Currently, Dr. Rob serves as the “ONE and ONLY” Assistant Principal at Main Elementary School with such a vital task to #MoveMain #ReimagineRCS. Dr. Rob realized the great responsibility that he has to inspire, empower, and influence all stakeholders which he does through his written curriculums for the iFOCUS Mentoring Program that focused on the faith-based community for building relationships, STEAM feeder school program for advanced academics, and family engagement for parental involvement. The program has 100 Community Mentors, including 8 Pastors that serves as Lead Mentors of the community mentors to ensure the success of the 200 enrollment students at-risk during the iFOCUS Reading and Math Lab with a 1 to 2 mentor/mentee ratio.
 
As for his religious credential, Bishop Rob earned his Seminary Degree in Biblical Studies; Master of Divinity in Theology and Doctoral of Theology in Christian Leadership which equipped him for ministry. Bishop served as a pastor for almost a decade and Coadjutor Bishop of Seasons of Change Ministries.
 
Overall, Bishop Rob passion is building positive relationships with all churches and all schools within the community to ensure unity that all students graduate prepared for college or work in order to advance the Kingdom of God.
